How do I make a return? Are returns free?
Tikamoon offers you 60 days to return your order (or part of it). To request your return, contact us by email at help@tikamoon.com or via the contact form here. After receiving the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the subtotal of your order, including taxes minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fees based on the product value.
