The mirror frame was broken: doubt about quality control, and insufficient packaging for this type of furniture (not even a fragile label... since it was a mirror)

I'm happy with the mirror, but we had to exchange it the first time because the frame and the glass were damaged. On the frame of the mirror that we kept, there are a few small tears.

The order has not been delivered. Until today, January 2, because I have claimed, I have not heard from him. The carrier called me on the scheduled day of delivery (December 26, 2022) to tell me that he was not going to come to deliver it because the broken glass inside the box sounded (it is a mirror). Since then I have not heard from him. Today they told me that time is running again and that the delivery time is 10 working days. I would have expected, given the service received and the bad experience, that you would have prioritized the order and treated it as an urgent shipment (they tell me that it is in stock, it is obvious that it would be more expensive to send it urgently, but that would show that you care about my satisfaction, not just with words).

We do not provide the screws, this depends on the nature of your wall and is easily found in DIY stores.
