They welcomed it into their homes
This is a beautiful piece of handmade furniture and was packaged up perfectly for delivery. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the depth of the bottom drawer you couldn’t store dvd or cd so you could organise them you would have to lie them down, it only needed to be a little taller in depth and it would be perfect…. Saying that I absolutely love this piece of furniture. I did get in touch with customer service support and I received a lovely response from them and they appreciated my feedback. The drawer was designed for more controls, leads and game controls ( which I don’t use game controls but understand a lot of other household would) so this would be more helpful for them. I would definitely recommend tikamoon for beautiful handmade wood furniture.
High quality, successful and trendy design
The piece of furniture is quite light-colored. Practical. It looks pretty much like the picture. There's a fairly strong new smell (solvent/glue?). I hope it will fade over time.

QULITY & FINISH ARE GOOD, AS EXPECTED
Sober and modern solid oak TV unit. Quality manufacturing and openings. Holes at the bottom of the cabinet to pass the cables. No complaints.
Slightly curved lower rail and certain non-visible elements (backs, drawer boxes) not in oak. Otherwise good overall quality, for a lower price than that of a local cabinetmaker.

Not solid oak as described. Cupboard interior, back and drawer box made from finger jointed rubberwood. Build quality not up to scratch for a £750 piece of furniture. Poorly filled misaligned mitre joints. Customer service has been poor, with little concern that they are mis-selling as solid oak.

Bottom right corner pressed in and drawer rail undone and not attached! Obligation to intervene to reattach and make the whole thing work!! Choice of drawer rail questionable because difficult to access for repair.

Very good quality, however, it is necessary to adjust the 2 doors and it is frankly not easy. Good value for money for a solid wood cabinet and the cabinet is very well finished. Not disappointed.

Perfect
no assembly to do, furniture conforms to the photo and seems of quality
Several weeks ago, we ordered the Senson 120 cm solid teak TV cabinet. The announced deadlines and the indicated delivery were in conformity. However, when unpacking our furniture, we realized that the opening system of one of the doors (small metal part) was broken. We had difficulty reaching customer service (more than a week to get a return) but we finally agreed - by mutual agreement and in order to limit the environmental impact of a return - that Tikamoon would only return the part to us. defective, which we will replace by ourselves. We were happy with this deal, so we accepted. However, to date, we still have not received the part in question. Our (very) numerous emails and calls remain unanswered. We are therefore very disappointed because it is a question of a fairly expensive piece of furniture and customer service is non-existent. Today we are truly helpless in the face of this situation, despite the fact that we have tried to be accommodating. Thus, we can only discourage anyone from ordering on this site - the quality of an after-sales service being the basis of the trust between a company and its customers, especially in the case of an online sales site. line.
