The delivery went very well. In this case, very disappointed with the basin. It doesn't look at all like the photo - the sink is dull, even with cleaner and marble reviver sold on the site. Go on your way and go to a marble worker

5 stars if I had bought just one sink because it is a very good product that meets our expectations. Disappointed because we bought 2 and the colors are really different. Although you specify on your site that the veins used may have differences, I thought that you would ensure that you deliver 2 products where the colors are closest when placing multiple orders.

Very beautiful sink. However, be careful if you order 2 for the same bathroom, the color can be really different. I had to order 4 to be sure to have 2 of a similar color. The customer service is top notch so no worries about returns and refunds.

We have received the two sinks in perfect condition, and they completely match the photo. The only thing is that they are a little heavy, a little more than we expected. They are also very pretty.

It is a really beautiful piece, however it seams quite small and splashes everywhere. I was thinking about it before I purchased it but still went for it. Now I would get the same colour but bigger one. It was installed after the return period was over, so I couldn’t return it. Also my choice of tap might not be a good fit and that might be why it is so splashy. Other than that, it is really adorable washing basin and gives some charm to the whole atmosphere. Really like it.

The basin (Pia) I ordered is really lovely but it isn’t really the colour I expected. It was described as light grey but it is more several shades of brown/beige. However, it is still very unique and so I think I will keep it but I think the description should be changed as it is misleading.
