I didn't receive the product. The package got lost on a loading dock in Cugnaux (31). The carrier, JP HOME, couldn't care less and is completely incapable of tracking down a 43 kg package! Tikamoon has taken the money, and there's no more furniture in stock. Ten weeks of waiting—I'm practically their banker! And no compensation or even a small gift! I'm very disappointed because I really like their furniture, having ordered some before, but the after-sales service is poor, and the carrier is inadequate when there's a problem.

This is a lovely looking product which fits exactly how I wanted it; the wood looks beautiful and the doors have nice mechanisms for a soft close. The bottom of the legs also have some felt pads to protect the floor. In my case however there is a small but noticeable discrepancy in the size of the doors so they can't be aligned perfectly. Additionally there is very minor damage to the two outside doors, but in both cases you really have to look closely to notice. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and without the above comments I would have definitely rated it as 5 stars, but either way I think it was the best choice out of everything that I looked at; believe me, I looked at hundreds of products!

Fourth order on the Tikamoon site, and third complaint to customer service (complaint for a mirror that arrived in very poor condition, as well as for a walnut dresser and TV stand with several imperfections and visible defects). I really wonder about the seriousness of the quality control supposedly carried out. The furniture arrives with imperfections, forcing us to contact customer service to obtain either an exchange or a partial refund. This is really unfortunate and annoying, considering the price of the furniture. We expect them to arrive in perfect condition, and they don't. On the other hand, until now, the customer service is reactive.
