I bought 2 "Premium Moon round terrazzo sink" model sinks. They came to me perfectly. Then I bought the "Loggia 140 cm" model sink cabinet. Both beautiful products, yes. The problem comes when we want to buy a drain for those batteries and everywhere they tell us that they do not sell drains that narrow. We contacted Tikamoon and they told us that we will not actually be able to find that type of drains and that since the fault is theirs, they offer to refund our money and keep the batteries or change them. All this when we had already made the holes in the furniture to put those batteries. The worst of all is that knowing that they have a defective product, they continue selling it because they still have it on sale on the web. In my opinion it is very unprofessional and embarrassing.
