4 stars and not 5 because the furniture arrived cracked on one upper edge. After contacting customer service, I decided to keep it. A little glue, the defect is not too visible. I hope it will hold.
1 copy of the solid oak TV cabinet ordered had a split side upon unpacking and it took 2 emails, resending photos of the defect and 4 phone calls for our exchange request to be processed..... The new copy delivered had a minor defect (1 out of 2 of the sliding doors were slightly warped) we accepted it wearily....

Good TV unit but one of the sliding doors was badly finished. This was NOT 'natural variation of the wood' as they tried to tell me. Anyway I tried to get a replacement door (not possible) and was told I'd have had to cover cost of postage for a replacement unit. They ended up giving me a token £45 refund but I only accepted this because I couldn't be bothered to debate it with them any more. Pretty poor really. Would upload pics if I could.

I love the furniture, it's beautiful, it comes practically assembled so I only had to put the legs and place the doors. I like it a lot and it looks quality. It has a size that is good for a small living room, because it is not very big, but at the same time many things fit inside.

We purchased a Jonak oak TV stand and love the simple clean lines of the design. The fact it is solid oak throughout makes it standout and certainly a case of “less is more”. It arrived as scheduled and was really well packed. We also have a Jonak oak coffee table and they look perfect together.

The first TV cabinet had a poor quality wooden supporting element - originally chosen material - which finally broke along the wooden structure... The exchange was taken into account and the new one furniture arrived quickly, as advertised. On the other hand, the new piece of furniture had several other non-negligible defects - no stability problems but significant aesthetic defects. Customer service again offers me an exchange or return plus refund - ok. How many exchanges should you expect before you have an impeccable piece of furniture at Tikamoon? What is the client's compensation for his effort during n round trips and his quality control, not carried out by Tikamoon?
