Untreated teak furniture designed for intensive use (e.g. tables, bathroom units) must be treated before use. Use an oil or a varnish to protect, maintain and preserve your teak furniture. If the piece of furniture is not adequately protected, any stains that occur can only be removed by sanding the furniture.

Beautiful piece of furniture delivered ready to install, but when we removed the bottom drawers, the unit had a notch. We had to use a screw and wood filler to fix it. At this price, I won't be buying from you again.

The furniture is fine, but it's baffling that a piece designed specifically for bathroom use with sink basins on top isn't treated or oiled for that purpose. It's left to the customer to do!

It's impossible to fit the square sinks and faucets onto the unit without drilling through the reinforcement that ensures its stability. Customer service will tell you that these are only illustrative images and not final assemblies. Received and returned immediately.

Furniture ok in unvarnished teak! Provide 1 pot of 500ml of varnish to make 3 coats for the furniture. This furniture has faulty slides (missing screw, rust) preventing the normal opening of the drawers (forced to pull with 2 hands otherwise it blocks...). I had to call a carpenter who replaced the first price slides with real slides with fall brake (150€). Tikamoon made a commercial gesture of 10% of the price of the furniture, so I am losing out. I will not order again and absolutely do not recommend this Jacob model.

The furniture has squareness defects, I will soon make a complaint and ask you for a commercial discount. My plumber did the three to install the basins but the furniture is offset from the wall by 8 mm in the lower part due to poor assembly. I will not fail to send you the photos. I am disappointed to have trusted you but I cannot return the furniture to you since the plumber did the three to reserve the bowl basins. Please contact me again

Rusty drawer runners. Wooden material that stains when in contact with water. Poor quality hanging fixing, I had to add feet under the furniture. (89€ extra).

The piece of furniture has a beautiful design, but the workmanship is a bit poor. The drawers came broken, and none of the three fit properly. The solution I received from customer service was 10/10.

The furniture is perfect, beautiful, quality and it smells of wood, I love it! Perfect finishing
The furniture is very well made. The price/quality ratio is excellent compared to other DIY stores. The only observation is that the vanity unit does not have drawer dampers, whereas the tall units do; this is a bit annoying.
Great product exceeded my expectation
I bought the Jacob 120cm bathroom cabinet with two countertop sinks. The cabinet arrived in a different color than on the website. I called customer service several times for a week but there was no one to answer and it was not possible to leave a message. They always repeat the same thing "send an email". Then I wrote an email and they answered me several days later but it was too late. I did not know that the cabinet had to be treated so I had to pay 180 euros for the treatment and 20 euros for the oil in order to have it treated by the gentleman who had to do the installation only normally. The plan had several stains that still remain even after the oil. In addition, the drawers do not open properly and they are far from being in quality for this price. Customer service answered me several days later asking for a video of the drawers. Just look at the old comments. People write the same things but I thought that tikamon must solve the problem after two years of similar comments, but no. The problem of three is still there. Too bad it was not possible to return the products immediately after delivery. Not satisfied at all with the furniture and customer service.

This is the second bathroom cabinet I buy, this time the delivery was great. The cabinet is a bit more crudely made, with scratches, small superficial lesions and even numbers written in marker on the bottom of the fronts. Too bad, but still very nice.

For the quality of the wood in my bathroom furniture, I recommend this product. The wood is very beautiful and of obvious quality. On the other hand, at the price of furniture, they could be protected by a layer of varnish. The product provided to protect the furniture is not satisfactory: I applied four coats despite your recommendation of three, and it still does not protect. It would be wise to pre-varnish wooden furniture before shipping. I advise you to buy varnish in another store. Furthermore, I really appreciated not having to assemble the furniture, which saved me time.

Good quality product with careful finishing. I think the slides would have deserved to be equipped with damping systems. The mounted ones do not have any and given the width of the first drawer it is slightly wobbly. I ordered damped slides hoping this will improve operation.

The wood needed treatment to stay in a bathroom because of the humidity. The cabinet is not good quality. The drawer slides open, won’t stay closed. When I contacted the customer service they took more than once month to reply to me and only did because I insisted. Offered me a ridiculous option as compensation until I mentioned guarantee. Not happy at all because if I send it back I need to pay to send it, dissemble it, be without a cabinet in my new bathroom, it’s a nightmare. Still trying to figure out what I’m going to do.

The appearance is very beautiful but the furniture requires treatment before use, which is not specified at the time of purchase. The furniture had several defects and the after-sales service was efficient. It's a shame though that it didn't arrive in perfect condition.

Absolutely shocking, 10 years in the design industry I have never seen an item so poorly constructed, no less than 10 faults in a single item. Opened the box to find a screw popped out at me…. The drawer runners fell off…. Drawer boxes cracked on the runners….. glad I got my refund…shop elsewhere!!!!!
